We got to roast marshmallows!

We rented a cabin in the Sequoia National Monument area to the south of the National Park.


(Below) Here I am roasting my 20th marshmallow. Oh yeah, and my mom is sitting next to me.

(Below) We went to the trail of 100 Giants, and this was the first giant sequoia on the trail. Most of them had been burned out on the inside, but still seem to be standing tall and doing fine. We could walk through the inside of this one.








(Below)Here I am, getting eaten by the roots of this huge tree.


Carson got a little dirty!


Tucker got to ride in the carrier.


Here we all are atop Dome Rock. Great view from there, as you can kind of see.
